  เมื่อวันที่ 27 ก.ย. 2562 องค์การตรวจสอบแห่งรัฐ และกระทรวงแผนการและการลงทุน สปป. ลาว จัดการหารือเพื่อวางแผนด้านการลงทุนของประเทศ อาทิ การจัดทำงบประมาณภาครัฐ การจัดการทรัพย์สินภาครัฐ และการระดมทุนจากภาคเอกชนเพื่อการพัฒนาและการลงทุนในเขตเศรษฐกิจพิเศษ โดยมีนายบุนปอน วันนะจิด รองหัวหน้าองค์กรตรวจสอบแห่งรัฐ และนางคำจัน วงแสนบูน รองรัฐมนตรีกระทรวงแผนการและการลงทุน สปป. ลาว เป็นประธานร่วม

We need ‘sustainable technologies’ that will revolutionize the day-to-day activities, such as mobile technology, nanotechnology, household solar PV technology and perhaps other inventions and breakthroughs to satisfy the society’s expectations and still not be blamed by our future generations for not leaving them a livable Planet Earth.<br />

  Considering these facts, Techno Sri Lanka has redefined its Theme for the year 2018, aiming to fulfill the expectations of all stakeholders.
