  จากตอนที่แล้วเราได้ทำความรู้จักกับกฏหมาย Trade Facilitation and Trade Enforcement Act of 2015    (TFTEA 2015)  ซึ่งให้อำนาจกับเจ้าหน้าที่ศุลกากรสหรัฐฯ ในการห้ามนำเข้าสินค้าที่ผลิตโดยแรงงานผิดกฎหมายซึ่งรวมถึง แรงงานบังคับ (Forced Labor) แรงงานที่ผลิตโดยนักโทษ (Prison Labor) และ แรงงานขัดหนี้ (Indentured Labor) เข้าสู่ตลาดสหรัฐฯ โดยเป็นการสกัดกั้นการนำเข้าสินค้าในลักษณะเป็นรายบริษัท และมิใช่รายประเทศ
